My wife and I purchased our home within the past 6 months from Alex and Vena homes. The home is beautiful and unique, Vena does a great job of modernizing while keeping an overall contemporary look. Our main point of contact since moving in has been Manuel and he always does what he can to make himself available. From a quality perspective we’re very happy so far, Vena has been on the ball with communication and getting back to us promptly with any questions or concerns we have had. One of the biggest things I can say (and something that you can’t say about every builder) is the want to make sure your new home is right. If there are concerns they want you to let them know so they can be addressed. They have made it clear so far their main goal is to ensure we have a home that was done right. The homes built by Vena are spectacular! Pulling up to the finished build it was more luxurious than the pictures could do Justice.
